You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Atlani. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask for your date of birth to confirm eligibility, and we may suspend or delete an account if we learn that its user is under 18.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for any activity that happens under your account. During early access, access to new accounts may require approval, and we may suspend or deny access to protect the service's availability.

What you write is yours. The dreams, notes, and other content you save in Atlani belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and show that content back to you solely to operate the service — for example, to generate a reflection or image you request. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Atlani's AI features are designed to notice details, relationships, movements, and possible questions in a dream while leaving interpretation with you. Any perspective they offer is tentative, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be treated as a statement of what a dream means, a prediction, warning, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. Atlani does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional. If you're going through a mental health crisis, please seek professional or emergency help.

• Don't use Atlani for illegal activity.
• Don't try to bypass usage limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Explore content is an editorial collection curated by the Atlani team, not user-generated. It's offered as companionship, not as part of your private journal.

Atlani is in an early-access stage. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We do our best to give advance notice of significant changes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service's security or availability.

Atlani is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Atlani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

As Atlani evolves, these terms may be updated. We'll update the effective date above when that happens.
