These terms describe the rules for using Atlani. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Atlani is currently available through limited early access, and new accounts may require approval.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Atlani. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for any activity that happens under your account. During early access, access to new accounts may require approval, and we may suspend or deny access to protect the service's availability.
What you write is yours. The dreams, notes, and other content you save in Atlani belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and show that content back to you solely to operate the service — for example, to generate a reflection or image you request. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
The reflections and images Atlani generates are a starting point for thinking about your dreams, not a diagnosis, medical advice, psychological advice, or any other kind of professional advice. They do not replace the judgment of a qualified professional. If you're going through a mental health crisis, please seek professional or emergency help.
- Don't use Atlani for illegal activity.
- Don't try to bypass usage limits, quotas, or security measures.
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Explore content is an editorial collection curated by the Atlani team, not user-generated. It's offered as companionship, not as part of your private journal.
Atlani is in an early-access stage. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We do our best to give advance notice of significant changes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your data, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service's security or availability.
Atlani is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Atlani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
As Atlani evolves, these terms may be updated. We'll update the effective date above when that happens.
